In two recent client internal Leadership Learning Forum’s, Viktor Frankl’s book has been discussed…superbly well…. and very differently, both times capturing the potential “magic” of the Forum process. The first presentation is posted again below. The second discussion @ LLUH was done via role playing and music… i.e., guards, prisoners, the soundtrack from the movie “Schindler’s List”, and then open discussion. Moving!
